10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOFT DIGITAL EDGE LLC BE LIABLE FOR:

11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Client
- Project services: 7 days written notice, payment for work completed
- Consulting services: 30 days written notice for ongoing engagements
- Course access: No termination before course completion date
11.2 Termination by Company
- Immediate termination for breach of terms or non-payment
- 30 days notice for convenience (with prorated refunds where applicable)
- Immediate termination for illegal or harmful use of services
12. International Operations
As a global service provider, we:
- Serve clients worldwide via digital platforms
- Comply with applicable international trade regulations
- May subcontract work to qualified international partners
- Adapt service delivery to accommodate different time zones
- Provide services in English unless otherwise arranged
13. Force Majeure
